Part I - Running Effective Meetings Online

Organizations use virtual meetings because they’re quick to arrange, relatively inexpensive, and can bring only the necessary participants into the meeting. However, virtual meetings can be hard to get right, and they need a different approach from regular meetings. You will distinguish yourself from your colleagues when you learn how to prepare for and run an effective and productive virtual meeting.

The best practices, strategies, and rules of conduct that will distinguish you from your colleagues are within your grasp. How you impact your online recipients and your overall virtual professional presence is even more important to hone and polish. Building successful long- term business relationships starts with your virtual etiquette.
